What is it?
CIDESCO offers an International Master Esthetician Certificate/Diploma that is recognized worldwide. Founded in 1946 in Brussels, with their Head Office in Zurich, Switzerland, the Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie (CIDESCO) is the World Standard for Beauty and Spa Therapy.
Our program will prepare you for the international aesthetic field, as well as working with teams in the medical aesthetic field.
Who is offering this program?
Elisabeth Kiss is a European- (1980 Master L. E.) and CA-Licensed (1986) esthetician, and has been a CIDESCO Diplomat since 2014. Her Euro-Skin Institute has been accredited to offer these International Certification Courses. Originally from Europe, her US clinic has been in operation for 25 years. You can find her license to offer this certification here.
What are my options?
There is a 780 hour program dedicated to skin care, but the certificate cannot be updated to a full CIDESCO diploma. There is an 860 hour course leading to an Aesthetics Certificate, which can be upgraded to a full diploma. Neither option requires a CA license. What does the course offer?
The education you will receive will be to international standards, and the diploma you can receive is recognized worldwide. You’ll have supervised, hands-on practice with first class educators using the great tools, such as the Skin Scope.
In-person presentations will cover theory, and come with notes. There will be guide books and testing/test prep. The hands-on training is limited to 6 persons/class) We will be ocused on Science and Technology: Skin Analysis; Chemistry (Products ingredient with mini-labs); and Physics: (the science behind the machines). You’ll study nutrition, get practical experience with many tools and machines, undergo a 5 day medical aesthetics course, and learn with 21st century technology.
